Slight Edge is operated by Getting Results Inc (“Getting Results,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Slight Edge (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The AI coach generates responses using a third-party large-language-model provider (Anthropic). Your conversation content is sent to that provider solely to generate responses for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your coaching conversations to train third-party models.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send coaching reminders and coaching-conversation text messages related to your use of the Service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent — is shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing. Your mobile number is used only to deliver the messages you requested, and any service providers who help us send those messages act on our behalf under contract and may not use your information for their own purposes. If you opt in to text messaging, the mobile number and consent you provide for that purpose are not shared with our CRM or any other third party. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by turning off text messaging in the app.
We share information only with service providers (processors) that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit them to acting on our behalf and prohibit using your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We never sell your information, and — as stated above — mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent are not shared with any third party for their own marketing. Our providers include:

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, intake responses, coaching conversations, and associated records, and cancel any active subscription. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
You may access or correct your information, and you may delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app (Account → Delete account) or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and other applicable laws), you may have additional rights. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
